Caring for your tapestry is easy, simply throw it in the dryer to release the wrinkles or better yet, hang it up and use a steamer! Use the included push pins by positioning them where youd like to hang it, and hammering in the flat pin that is sticking out, which will push out the sharp pin into the wall. Alternatively, you can use cute clothes pins or other clips to hang on clotheslines, art boards or walls. Co-owner Joanna Serra, a former educator, worked with her team to create several different tapestries for Birdy Boutique. Research shows that hands-on activities greatly enhance retention and learning. Sometimes learning activities can seem too rote. We wanted to create the perfect combination of education, fun, ease and comfort. When you can combine something that kids love and use with fun facts, then it takes learning to a more natural place where it doesnt feel like they are studying! Being able to lay down on the floor or sit on the couch with your child in a relaxed environment will likely provide a less stressful learning scenario.
